Dementia Friends Information Session

Class Information:

Parking is available in the hospital parking garage and will be validated.

Information session will be held in the D-Mansfield Patient Education Conference Room (1st floor entrance near outpatient registration).

This room is down the hall from outpatient registration and valet parking.

 

For individuals who decide to park in the parking garage:

 

 

• Go through the new courtyard entrance (it is about halfway down the covered walkway and near the courtyard)

• Walk past the sitting area and gift shop

• Turn left in this hallway and pass the pharmacy

• You will come across four elevators

• Take the elevator down to the D-level

• Head down the hallway and the Patient Education Room is the last door on the right (only other doors on that side are the bathrooms)
