This interactive 60-minute session is led by a Dementia Friends Champion.

Following this session, you will be able to:

• Describe dementia
• Know the most common type of dementia
• Understand five key messages about dementia
• Learn ways to effectively communicate with a person living with dementia
• Choose a small dementia-friendly action

We welcome you to attend this free information session about dementia. Your registration helps us plan how many handouts to bring, but walk-ins are welcome to attend!
